Vikas Sabnani

Vikas Sabnani is the Head of Product at Transcarent. He leads our Product and User Experience teams, responsible for creating a simple, seamless, trusted and empowering experience for our Members.

Vikas brings two decades of product and data science experience across high volume, highly personalized consumer facing verticals; and believes that curiosity, empathy, humility and hustle can solve the hardest problems.

Prior to Transcarent, Vikas led the Jobs & Recruiting product at Glassdoor and launched a number of industry first innovations in user experience and personalization, ultimately leading to Glassdoor’s acquisition by Recruit Holdings. Previously, Vikas led the Hotel search experience and Revenue Optimization function for Expedia, Inc.

Vikas received his master’s degree in Operations Research from the University of Southern California and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children.
