Sydney Ferry serves as the Director of Global HR at Transcenda, focusing on HR transformation and strategic initiatives for a scalable, performance-driven organization since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sydney held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Fortune Brands Innovations, providing executive HR support and leading a team to assist over 1000 global associates from October 2022 to October 2025. Sydney's extensive experience at Therma-Tru Doors spanned nearly nine years, with progressively responsible roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, where strategic support was provided for various sales and customer service teams. Sydney began a career in human resources with an internship at Therma-Tru Doors and also demonstrated leadership as the Head Coach at Bedford Public Schools. Sydney earned an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a BBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo.
