Joshua Weingard

As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Weingard leads the company’s corporate and securities legal matters.

Prior to joining Asensus, Mr. Weingard was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for NationsHealth, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare organization, where he led all legal matters. Previously, he was Senior Corporate and Securities Counsel for Andrx Corp., a Nasdaq-listed pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Weingard earned a JD, MBA, and BBA from the University of Florida.
