Jacqueline Smalls

Jacqueline Smalls serves as the Senior Vice President of Content Strategy & Programs and Senior Vice President of Corporate and Community Engagement at Transfr since May 2024, focusing on developing classroom-to-careers pathways through simulated hands-on training for in-demand jobs. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Education Partnerships at Discovery Education, Chief Program Officer at Code.org, Vice President of Programs at Black Girls CODE, and Director of Professional Development & Education Partnerships at Discovery Education. Jacqueline’s experience also encompasses positions such as Senior Project Manager at Center for Inspired Teaching, STEM Administrator at District of Columbia Public Schools, and National Standards Writer Consultant at Achieve, Inc. An educator at heart, Jacqueline began a career in teaching and environmental science after earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology from South Carolina State University and a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Loyola University Maryland.
