Amy Hurd

Amy Hurd is a seasoned nursing professional with a robust background in leadership and management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Transitions Care since September 2021, Amy has held various roles including Regional Director of Nursing as an Assistant Director of Nursing. Prior to this, Amy accumulated significant experience at Heartland Hospice Services and Mercy Health Hospice, where roles included Registered Nurse Clinical Manager and RN. Amy began a nursing career at Heartland Home Health & Hospice, further enhancing expertise in patient care. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Anthony College of Nursing, earned between 2008 and 2011.
