Chris Nester

As Transplace’s Chief Financial Officer, Chris Nester leads the company in all financial aspects including overseeing Transplace’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit, tax and real estate teams.

Chris has extensive technology and financial experience in his more than two-decade long career. Before joining Transplace, Chris was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Sabre and was responsible for all financial aspects of the Sabre business units including financial planning and analysis, commercial deal support, and partnering with corporate groups on mergers & acquisitions and investor relations. Chris also directed Sabre’s Treasury and Capital Markets department that manages the company’s multibillion-dollar debt portfolio and short and long term liquidity profile as well as cash and investment management, accounts payable and risk management.

Chris is a CPA and has a MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BBA in Accounting from Wichita State University.
