Alexandra Byrne

Alexandra Byrne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy and project management, particularly within the maritime infrastructure sector. Presently serving as the Acting Manager for Policy and Projects at Transport for NSW since September 2019, Alexandra has previously held roles including Senior Policy Officer and Assistant Policy Officer at the same organization. Prior to this, Alexandra provided advisory support to the Hon. Melinda Pavey MP, Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight, and worked as a Parliamentary Liaison Officer and Policy Adviser for the Hon. Troy Grant MP, Minister for Police and Emergency Services. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of International Studies with a focus on International Business from UNSW. Alexandra's early career included roles as an Administration Officer for the NSW Government and various positions in marketing and sales at Incu.
