Joost de Kock leads the customer strategy and technology division, developing long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies for the Transport Cluster.


Joost is responsible for leveraging data and insights, implementing new technologies and driving innovation and partnerships to provide improved, integrated customer-centred solutions. Joost also manages the Cluster’s reputation, government relations, communications and drive meaningful engagement with our stakeholders, customers and the community.
