Elisabeth Ellis

Elisabeth Ellis is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Head of Legal Corporate at Transurban Holdings Limited since April 2025 and has held the role of Acting Group General Counsel at Transurban since December 2022. Prior to these positions, Elisabeth was Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at OFX from September 2019 to December 2022. Elisabeth's extensive background includes significant roles at MinterEllison from July 1999 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure and construction projects and serving as Managing Partner and Partner. Elisabeth began their legal career at Allens from August 1993 to July 1999 as a Senior Associate. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Sydney, along with a GAICD designation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
