Matthew Foust

Matthew Foust has extensive experience in property management and leadership. Currently serving as Property Director/General Manager at Transwestern since March 2024, Foust oversees a team of 27. Prior to this role, Foust was Regional Manager for American Real Estate Partners from January 2019 to February 2023, where leadership of a 30-member mid-Atlantic property management team was key, focusing on financials, operations, and sustainability. Foust also held senior positions at JLL from April 2013 to January 2019, including Senior General Manager and General Manager at District Center in Washington, D.C., and served as Assistant General Manager managing a portfolio of TIAA-CREF assets. Earlier experience includes being a Portfolio Manager at CMC-Management. Foust holds a BS in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
