Marc Katz

Marc Katz serves as the Head of Legal for the Americas at Treasury Wine Estates since March 2025, following a distinguished career that includes roles such as Regional Trial Counsel and Trial Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from January 2016 to March 2025. Prior to that, Katz was a Partner at Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP from 2011 to 2016 and served as an Assistant District Attorney at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office from 2004 to 2011. Katz also worked as a Deputy City Attorney at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office between 2000 and 2004 and began career as an Attorney at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP from 1996 to 2000. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School, completed in 1995, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Stanford University, awarded in 1990.
