The leadership team at Vistra has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. Members of the team have worked as heads of success factors practices, chief human resources officers, group heads of HR, SVPs of compliance, EVPs, and managing directors. They have also been involved in founding companies and professional rugby. In terms of education, the team is well-rounded with degrees in mathematical sciences, accounting and finance, Mandarin Chinese, and design thinking.
