Hiren Devmorari has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Hiren currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Trident Group India and previously served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Prior to joining Trident Group India, Hiren worked as a Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Vishal Fabrics Ltd. Hiren also gained experience as a Manager of Human Resources at Emerald Cars Pvt. Ltd and Rohan BRC Gas Equipment Pvt Ltd. Hiren started their career as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Technology Exchange Services Pvt. Ltd and Stelmec Ltd.

Hiren Devmorari completed a Master of Labour Welfare degree in Labor Studies from the Department of Social Science at Gujarat University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Advance Account from RD&VD Shah College in Dholka, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Hiren completed their 12th grade from Sheth Hasanali Highschool in Dholka in the field of Advance Account from 2000 to 2001. Hiren'ssecondary education includes completing their 10th grade from B P Davda School in Dholka in the General field from 1998 to 1999.
