Seth Goldberg

Seth Goldberg is the current Managing Director of Special Situations at Trilantic North America. Prior to this, they served as a Principal at Tarsadia Capital from October 2019 to December 2020, where they were responsible for Distressed & Special Situations. Goldberg also served as a Principal at Bayside Capital from September 2010 to September 2019. During their time at Bayside, they were responsible for investments across various industries. Prior to Bayside, Goldberg worked as a Senior Associate at GSC Group from August 2006 to October 2010 and as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers from July 2004 to July 2006, where they were part of the Investment Banking Natural Resources Group.

Seth Goldberg has a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Seth Goldberg reports to Charles Ayres, Managing Partner and Chairman. They are on a team with Amanda Misch - Vice President, Compliance and Legal, Li Zhang - Partner, and Anand Raghu - Vice President, Special Situations.
