Ivan Hsu

Ivan H. is an experienced investment banker currently working at Trinity Capital, a division of Citizens Capital Markets, since 2021. Prior to this role, Ivan co-founded and served as Managing Partner at ValeRoc Advisors from June 2020 to December 2021. Ivan held the Senior Vice President position at Deloitte Corporate Finance from 2014 to June 2020 and gained experience at J.P. Morgan and Citi as an Associate between 2011 and 2014. Ivan started a career in investment banking as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in 2010 and previously served as an Analyst at Credit Suisse from 2006 to 2009. Earlier roles also include Executive Director & Head of Sales at Sageworks, Inc. and an internship at GazelleLab in 2000. Ivan holds a BS in Engineering/Computer Science and Economics from Duke University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
