Alicia Freeman

Alicia Freeman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Shared Services Manager at Trinity Health since January 2020, leading a team of 18 HR Professionals in delivering essential services such as benefits administration and employment verification for over 120,000 employees. Alicia also spearheads the annual open enrollment process and manages complex benefits transitions related to mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Alicia worked at BCN Services from March 2011 to January 2020 as Operations Manager, overseeing payroll, benefits, and new product implementation for a diverse range of clients in a Professional Employer Organization. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Michigan University.
