Todd Maclin elected to Trinity Industries Board of Directors

Rail transport company Trinity Industries has announced Todd Maclin has been elected to its Board of Directors. Mr. Maclin’s appointment expands the company’s board to eight members, effective immediately. “We are pleased to welcome Todd Maclin as a new member of our Board of Directors,” said Trinity’s Non-Executive Chairman of the Board Leldon E. Echols. “The significant operating experience and financial insight Todd has gained as a top executive in the banking industry will bring additional leadership and valuable perspective to our Board.” Mr. Maclin retired from a 37-year career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2016, ending a tenure that included notable leadership positions. He served on the company’s Operating Committee and rose to Chairman, Chase Commercial and Consumer Banking. He sits on the board of directors for Kimberly-Clark Corporation and RRH Corporation; is a Board Advisor for Cyber Defense Labs; and is an Advisory Director of BancAffiliated, Inc..
