Gavin Hardman

Gavin Hardman currently serves as Director of Design (Engineering Services) and Vehicle Lead at Triumph Motorcycles Limited, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Gavin was the Head of Department for Vehicle Engineering & Development at Hero MotoCorp from November 2020 to October 2022, and before that, held several roles at Triumph Motorcycles Limited, including Special Engineering Programme Lead and Special Engineering Projects Manager. Gavin's early career included a role as Group Leader for Test On Road at KTM, where a new engineering team was established under their guidance. Gavin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University and further education from London Business School.
