Edward Kim

Edward Kim is the current BD Director, Mountain/West at Trivest Partners. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder of John & Young Partners, L.P. from April 2017 to March 2019. Edward has also worked as a Director at Harvey & Company LLC from December 2007 to March 2017 where they were responsible for buy-side M&A advisory and principal investment firm managing private equity platform origination and corporate add-on projects. Some of the industries they have had domain expertise in are healthcare services, healthcare technology, laboratory products, new media and business process outsourced (“BPO”) service industries. Edward started their career at Harvey & Company LLC as an Associate from April 2002 to November 2007 where they supervised buy-side mergers & acquisition research projects in specific industry sectors such as drug research/life science, laboratory products, medical products, niche manufacturing, marketing and distribution services.

Edward Kim has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California (USC), as well as two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Relations and Affairs from USC.
