Jessica Doucette has worked in various roles since 2008. Jessica began their career at Worldlynx Wireless as a Retail Manager in 2008. In 2011, they worked at Disney Cruise Line as a Youth Activities employee. In 2012, they began working at Skillsoft as an Account Executive, then moved to Sales Consultant, and finally to Account Director. In 2020, they joined Symetris as an Account Executive | Partner Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Trivie as a Strategic Account Executive, Channel and Partnerships Manager, and Account Director.

Jessica Doucette attended the University of New Brunswick from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Recreation and Sport Studies in Management (BRSS-MGMT).
