Nicola Smart is the Manchester General Manager at Tropical Marine Centre. Nicola has over 20 years of experience in customer service and administration. Nicola started their career at National Car Rental in February 1997 as a Branch Administrator. Nicola was with the company for 5 years before moving on to their current position. Nicola is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for ways to improve their skills and knowledge.

Nicola Smart attended Brookway High School. Nicola has a certification from Commodious Group in Advanced Legionellla Training, and a certification from NFU MUTUAL RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED in Managers Health & Safety Training in the Workplace.
