Christina Betz

Christina Betz is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in public works and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Trotter and Associates, Inc. since April 2025, Christina previously held the position of Executive Director Of Operations and Public Works Director for the City of Woodstock, Illinois, from October 2020 to April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Solid Waste Manager for the City of Surprise, AZ, from February 2015 to July 2019, and Deputy Public Works Director and Solid Waste Superintendent in Glendale, AZ, from November 2007 to January 2015. Christina began a career in public service in 1999 with the City of Janesville, WI, where multiple roles were undertaken, culminating in the position of Acting Engineering Manager. Christina holds a Master of Public Administration focusing on Urban Management and Development from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota.
