Saravanan Subramanian

Saravanan Subramanian is an experienced professional in the aquaculture and nutrition fields, currently serving as Global Program Manager for Aquafeed Additives at Trouw Nutrition since November 2021. Prior to this role, Saravanan held positions as Global Product Manager for Salmonid Freshwater & Transfer Feeds and as a researcher at Skretting from September 2015 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Insect Husbandry Scientist at Ynsect (June 2014 - July 2015) and research assistance at Wageningen UR from 2009 to 2014, where Saravanan earned a PhD in Fish Nutrition. This advanced academic background is complemented by a Master of Science in Fish Nutrition and Biochemistry obtained at the Central Institute of Fisheries Education between 2006 and 2008.
