T. Rowe Price

Eric Veiel is co-head of Global Equity, head of U.S. Equity, chair of the Equity Steering Committee, and a member of the Management Committee of T. Rowe Price. Mr. Veiel is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Institutional International Funds. 

Mr. Veiel has 20 years of investment experience, 14 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. He was previously a co-director of Equity Research for North America and co-portfolio manager of the US Structured Research Equity Strategy (SRS). From 2010 to 2014, he was the portfolio manager of the Financial Services Equity Strategy and financial services sector team leader, covering life insurance, asset managers, money-centered banks, and investment banks. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he was a senior equity analyst at Wachovia Securities, covering health insurers and pharmacy benefit managers.

Mr. Veiel earned a B.B.A., magna cum laude, in finance from James Madison University. He also earned an M.B.A., with concentrations in finance and accounting, from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a Charles F. Knight Scholar. Mr. Veiel also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
