Dominic O'Neil

Dominic acts for a range of international and locally based corporate clients, financial institutions and public bodies on a variety of corporate, projects and corporate finance matters.

Dominic co-heads the firm's global private equity group and specialises in private equity investment in infrastructure and infrastructure related projects. He has led teams involved in the successful completion of numerous substantial investments in the power, petrochemicals, manufacturing, health, education and transport sectors principally in the Middle East, Levant and South East Asia regions.

Dominic also has considerable experience of both off-shore and on-shore funds formation and structuring, private placements and initial public offerings. In addition, Dominic has considerable experience of the corporate structuring and equity finance of significant mixed use real estate projects.

Dominic is acknowledged as a leader in the fields of Banking and Finance and Corporate/M&A by Global Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal profession. He is recommended in the European Legal 500 guide to "Law Firms in Europe and the Middle East" for his work in the Commercial and Finance sectors.
