Christina Baldwin is the CHRO at Truck Hero. Christina has previously worked as the Executive Director- Human Resources Components Business at Cummins Inc. and as an Employee Relations Manager at TRW. Christina has a long history of working in Human Resources and has experience with benefits administration, labor relations, management development, and policy interpretation and revision. Christina is also skilled in recruiting and screening employees. Christina has a commitment to compliance with government regulations related to the HR function.

Christina Baldwin has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology. Christina is certified in Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behavior (FIRO-B) from The Myers-Briggs Company and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) from CPP, FORMERLY CONSULTING PSYCHOLOGISTS PRESS, INC.(CPP, INC.).
