Alfonso Vides

Alfonso Vides, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at True Anomaly, a role assumed in March 2025. Prior to this position, Vides held various leadership roles in human resources, including Human Resources Director at ABL Space Systems from June 2022 to January 2025, where oversight of the Operations team and HRIS transition was key, and Senior Manager of HR Operations & Total Rewards at Dave, contributing to C-suite support and performance management. Vides has extensive experience in strategic HR functions across multiple companies, including BCG Digital Ventures, Bird, Tesla, Amazon, Target, and Equinox Fitness, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Vides holds degrees in Psychology and Social Sciences from UC Irvine and California State University, Fullerton.
