Ben Dewar is a Partner and co-Head of People, Talent & Legal Practice at True Platform. Ben has over fifteen years of experience in executive search and assessment. Prior to joining True Platform, Ben was the Managing Director at TalentSky, where they led talent searches for technology companies at all organizational levels - executive, professional and large-scale projects. Ben was also a key contributor in the development of TalentSky’s search technology application.

Before TalentSky, Ben spent five years as an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they recruited senior leaders into public and private companies across industries and geographies. Ben led numerous searches for chief legal officers, chief compliance officers, chief regulatory officers and chief government affairs officers. In addition, they led searches for other corporate center leaders such as chief administrative officers, chief operating officers, chief technology officers, and chief financial officers. During their time at Russell Reynolds Associates, they were awarded the 2010 RRA Highest Client Feedback Award and the 2007 RRAccelerator Award.

Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Ben was the Managing Director at Chadick Ellig for one year and The Artemis Group for four years.

Ben Dewar attended Vanderbilt University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied philosophy. Ben then attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law for their Juris Doctorate.
