Patrick Beharelle

Patrick Beharelle is the current CEO at TrueBlue. Patrick has held this position since July 2014, when their previous company SeatonCorp was acquired by TrueBlue. Beharelle has extensive experience in the outsourcing and recruiting industry, having served as Senior Vice President of the RPO Division at Spherion from January 2002 to March 2008. During their time at Spherion, Beharelle grew the RPO division revenue by 250% and added 14 new multi-million dollar accounts. Patrick also oversaw 700+ recruiters and was responsible for the division's P&L. In April 2008, Beharelle became the Chief Executive Officer of SeatonCorp, a leading outsourcing and recruiting company that operated under the Staff Management | SMX, PeopleScout, HRX, and StudentScout service lines. Under Beharelle's leadership, SeatonCorp was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #1 Job Creator in America in 2013. The company was also ranked as a leading RPO provider in HRO Today Baker’s Dozen for 2010-2014, including #1 in 2012.

Patrick Beharelle has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in finance from Illinois State University.
