Winradit (Win) Kolasastraseni has a significant work experience history. Winradit (Win) currently holds the position of President - Digital Media at True Digital Group since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as the GM DTC for Taiwan, Hong Kong, South East Asia, and GM Thailand from June 2021 to June 2023.

Before their time at The Walt Disney Company, Winradit worked at Discovery Inc, where they held various roles. Winradit (Win) served as the GM of Dplay International from March 2020 to June 2021, SVP Digital and GM of Dplay from March 2018 to March 2020, and Senior Vice President of Innovation from June 2016 to March 2020.

Additionally, Winradit founded and served as CEO of PrimeTime Solution from May 2014 to May 2016, and Ploenjit Media Company Limited from January 2013 to May 2014.

Earlier in their career, Winradit held positions at Microsoft Thailand. Winradit (Win) was the Partner Sales Director from March 2011 to December 2012, and the Corporate Sales & Enterprise Strategy Director from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Corporate Sales Department at Total Access Communication from May 2008 to March 2011.

Winradit (Win) Kolasastraseni attended Reed's School in Cobham, England from 1991 to 1995, where they earned their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). Following this, they pursued higher education at Assumption University from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Technology.
