Matt Davis-Ratner

Matt Davis-Ratner is the current General Counsel at Truepill. Prior to joining Truepill, Matt served as Head of Legal and Corporate Operations at SmithRx from April 2019 to March 2020. Before SmithRx, Matt was the General Counsel & Secretary at Incipio Group from January 2017 to August 2018.

From January 2015 to December 2019, Matt was a Co-Founder at KUNDALINI FARMS, LLC where they produced high quality organic produce and specialty foods. From July 2013 to September 2015, Matt served as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at NextGen Healthcare. There they provided electronic health records, practice management, revenue cycle management, and interoperability solutions.

Prior to their work in the legal field, Matt was an Executive Coach at Njord Consulting. Matt began their career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from January 2010 to December 2013.

Matt Davis-Ratner's educational career includes a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School, a MA in Psychology from Stanford University, and a BA in Psychology from Stanford University.

They are on a team with Alicia Graham - President, Consumer Health Brands, Pradeepta Dash - SVP, Engineering, and Sonal Naik - President, Enterprise Solutions. Their manager is Sid Viswanathan, Co-Founder & CEO.
