Lisa Poole, CPP, CWT, is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional currently serving as VP, Payroll Tax Manager at Truist since January 2020. With extensive experience in payroll governance and compliance, Lisa has held various leadership roles including VP, HR Technology Delivery, and VP, HR Operations - Payroll at SunTrust Banks, Inc. Additionally, Lisa has been an active participant in the American Payroll Association's National Speaker's Bureau and founded the Metro Atlanta Payroll Association. Lisa’s volunteer contributions include roles as a Reading Education Assistance Dog instructor with InterMountain Therapy Animals. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from WSU Carson College of Business and a Certificate in Landscaping and Groundskeeping from Kennesaw State University, Lisa combines her educational background with over two decades of professional experience in payroll management across multiple organizations.
