Previously, Parag held key legal roles at Intercontinental Exchange and The Coca-Cola Company, advising on regulatory matters, cloud deployments, and global technology contracts. Parag’s career also includes serving as Vice President and General Counsel for America's Best Franchising Inc. and operating a private practice shortly after graduating from law school.
