Bob leads Customer Success at TrustRadius, and feels like this role is the perfect intersection of his past careers. Bob is known for running high-performance marketing and Customer Success teams at high-growth public companies like Latitude Communication, Convio / Blackbaud, and Community Brands. Underlying all of these experiences is a focus on delivering value and a great customer experience. Ironically, after 21 years in Austin, Bob relocated to the east coast only to work for another Austin company shortly after. When not talking to customers, you’ll find Bob in the middle of a never-ending remodel project.
