Diane Schwarz is the current advisor at TruU. Diane has over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership roles with a focus on digital transformation, data, and technology. Diane has a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative strategies that have resulted in significant improvements for their previous company, Hunt Energy. Some of their key accomplishments include unifying employee experience, creating an innovation framework, and modernizing HR systems.

Diane Schwarz has a MBA in marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BS in mechanical engineering and English from the University of Notre Dame, and a certification from Honeywell in Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Diane also has a certification from Stagen Leadership Academy in Integral Leadership Program and from Duke University in Textron Senior Executive Leadership Program.
