Will Mills

Will Mills is currently the Regional Sales Manager at TruVideo. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Enel X from April 2018 to September 2019. There, they streamlined the customer outreach process within Salesforce, specifically in relation to contract completion and utility bill management to insure data validation and quality. Will also updated, completed, and validated over 1000 Letters of Authorization, helping Data/Utility Operations teams efficiently acquire and analyze data.

Before working at Enel X, Will worked as a Utility Operations Associate at EnerNOC from April 2015 to April 2018. There, they managed relationships with EnerNOC utility partners to insure efficient equipment installation and data acquisition for customers enrolled in Demand Response and Energy Intelligence Software programs across the country. Will also streamlined the customer compliance and outreach process at an operation level, managing an internal team of interns in United States and Brazil. In addition, they ensured exceptional data quality by addressing issues and new initiatives through collaboration and communication with fellow utility team members.

Will Mills attended Harvard Business School Online, where they earned a Credential of Readiness in environmental science. Will also holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Northeastern University. In addition, they have a minor in sustainable business from Reykjavik University.
