Inga Hjaltadottir

Inga Hjaltadottir is an experienced professional in human resources and law, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at COWI and as a Nomination Committee Member for Festi hf. Inga has held the position of Chairman of the Non-Executive Board of Directors at TM, an established insurance company in Iceland, since April 2021, and has been a Judge at the Labour Court of Iceland since January 2004. Inga is also a founding Partner and Management Consultant at Attentus mannauður og ráðgjöf ehf., providing strategic management and HR consultancy services. Additional roles include Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for the City of Reykjavik and Non-Executive Board Member at Kvika banki hf. Inga’s legal expertise was further demonstrated through positions as an Attorney and Partner at Reykjavik Law Firm and Acta Legal Services.
