Haifeng You

Haifeng You is a distinguished academic and industry expert in accounting and quantitative equity research. Currently serving as Chair Professor and Co-Director of the Department of Accounting at Tsinghua University since August 2023, Haifeng previously held the position of Professor of Accounting and Co-Director of the Center for Securities Analysis with Financial Technology at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from July 2009 to November 2025. Haifeng's extensive industry experience includes roles as Senior Advisor of Quantitative Equity Research and Head of Quantitative Equity Research at China Investment Corporation, as well as Senior Advisor of Quantitative Equity Strategies at Bosera Asset Management Co. and Consultant at GSA Capital. Early career experience includes a position as a Quantitative Equity Researcher at Barclays Global Investors. Haifeng holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, earned between 2003 and 2007.
