Rob Heinrich is currently the Executive Officer, VP, and Roller Business President at Tsubaki Nakashima. Rob has held this position since March of 2018. Prior to their current role, Heinrich served as the President for the Global Roller Division at NN Inc from January 2011 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading a transformational change at the precision roller and stamping manufacturing operation in the Netherlands. This included acquiring and integrating a low cost taper roller manufacturing company in Bosnia during 2014. From June 2000 to July 2004, Heinrich served as the Plant Manager at GKN Sinter Metals. In this role, they were responsible for 450 non-union employees covering manufacturing, quality, human resources, and engineering functions with P/L accountability for a $60M tier 1 automotive supplier of powder metal components for power steering systems, engines, and transmissions.

Rob Heinrich has a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Rob is currently pursuing a PhD at Indiana University.
