Troy Patterson

Troy Patterson is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Sales Associate at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty since December 2016. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Associate at M Squared Real Estate from July 2014 to December 2016 and was the Director of Relocation at Brandon Green Companies from September 2006 to June 2014. Additionally, Troy served as a Real Estate Consultant for Brandon Green & Associates between January 2007 and January 2010. Earlier career highlights include the role of Director of Development at National Housing Endowment from September 2004 to April 2007, and Sponsorship Manager at the National Building Museum from March 2001 to August 2004. Troy’s career in fundraising began at Studio Theatre from 1996 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Non-Profit Arts Management from American University (1996-1998) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Theatre from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1992-1994).
