Pete Flatten

Pete Flatten, CSP, M.S., M.Ed. is an experienced safety and environmental health professional with a diverse background in various industries. Since March 2020, Pete has served as the Director of National Safety at Tuff Shed, Inc. and concurrently operates as the Principal Consultant at Flat10 Consulting, LLC, providing EHS and leadership development services. Prior roles include Emergency Response Coordinator and Lead EHS Advisor at Felix Energy, and Director of Environment, Health, and Safety at Gradiant Energy Services, where Pete established safety protocols and achieved significant safety milestones. With earlier positions in safety management at the City and County of Denver and Encana Oil and Gas, as well as a strong educational foundation in health, education, and biology, Pete contributes extensive expertise in safety program development and risk management across various sectors.
