Nofar Makover

Nofar Makover is an HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Tufin since October 2021, Nofar previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at RapidAPI from September 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included sourcing and connecting developers with APIs. Prior to that, Nofar worked at WhiteSource as HR & Talent Acquisition Manager from 2018 to 2020, managing global hiring processes across key departments. A temporary HR & Recruitment Manager role was also held at SecuredTouch in early 2018, focusing on aligning HR strategies with company goals. Nofar began the HR career as an HR Specialist at PassportCard from 2016 to 2018, leading recruitment efforts across various roles. Nofar holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Reichman University.
