Helen's extensive career at TUI, beginning in 1996, included roles such as Head of Concept Management, where accountability included the strategic development of branded holiday concepts served to 1.1 million passengers, and Head of Specialist Delivery, managing innovative entertainment and childcare programs. Additionally, Helen has experience in childcare management from TUI UK&I and Kelton Nursery, reflecting a strong background in customer experience and operational excellence across various sectors.
