Javier Nieto

Javier Nieto served as the General Manager for TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar, overseeing operations and financial outcomes at the luxury resort. Previously, they held various managerial positions at leading hotels, including Assistant General Manager at RIU Hotels & Resorts and F&B Manager at Occidental Hotels & Resorts, where they significantly improved guest satisfaction and boosted sales. Javier earned a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Universidad de La Rioja and holds multiple hospitality-related diplomas and certifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma from ENEB and a Revenue Management Certificate from Cornell University. Their experience spans roles in front office, food and beverage management, and general operations within the hospitality industry.
