Penny Chia

Penny Chia, CHM, is currently the Assistant Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for TUI in Southeast Asia. Previously, Penny held various sales positions at prestigious hotels, including Director of Sales at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia, as well as Senior Sales Manager roles at Shangri-La Group and Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel. Penny began their career as a Sales Executive at Harbour View Hotel and has accumulated extensive experience in corporate room sales. Penny holds an Executive Master in Management from Asia e University and is pursuing additional education through Informatics Kuching.
