Jeffrey Peterson

Jeff has vast experience in both public markets and corporate leadership. Raising over $100 million in capital for small and midsize companies, Jeff was an owner of a brokerage firm and served as Broker, Market Maker, AML, and Communications Officer while holding FINRA security licenses 7, 63, 55, and 24.

More recently, Jeff was a founding investor and later CEO and Chairman of ActiveCare, a leader in the remote diabetes monitoring industry. At ActiveCare, Jeff was instrumental in the development of its innovative care and engagement model that showed significant health and cost savings outcomes. ActiveCare was recently acquired by the billion-dollar monitoring company Biotelemetry.

In addition, Jeff has served in various positions in private and public companies within the medical and technology arena, including CEO, CFO, Executive VP, and managing member, among others; he currently serves as a board member for Sterigear and a board observer for Juneau Biosciences and CoNextions Medical. Jeff graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from the University of Utah.
