Carla Coury

Carla Coury, SPHR, CMCS, is an accomplished professional in career management and workforce development, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Career Management Center at Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business since November 2016. Carla's leadership spans various positions, including previous roles as Director of Operations and Director of Tulane Career Services, where strategic initiatives focused on enhancing student experiences and employer engagement. Further experience includes consulting for the Louisiana Small Business Development Center, directing the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and serving as COO of FuegoNOLA, Inc. Carla holds an M.A. in Speech Communication with a concentration in Organizational Communication and a B.S. in Workforce Education & Development, specializing in Instructional Design.
