Samuel Kwesi Ofosu

Samuel Kwesi Ofosu is an experienced Rig Superintendent with a career at Tullow Oil spanning over a decade, currently managing operations on the Noble Venturer Drillship since January 2023. Samuel has led teams in drilling and completions for significant projects in the Jubilee and TEN Deepwater fields of Ghana. Prior roles include Assistant Rig Superintendent and Night Drilling Supervisor, focusing on drilling and completions readiness and supervising environmentally safe operations. Earlier experience encompasses positions as Drilling Supervisor and Well Engineer in Kenya and offshore Ghana, along with a background as Utilities Superintendent at Ghana Specialty Fats Industries Limited. Samuel holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Robert Gordon University and has completed various certifications related to drilling and well control.
