Nichole Coleman

Nichole Coleman, NBC-HWC, currently serves as the Chief Culture Officer at TurboVets, Inc., where responsibilities include shaping and scaling a cultural foundation to support veterans and their families. With over 13 years of experience as a Veterans Service Officer, Nichole has dedicated efforts to enhancing veterans' services. Previously, Nichole held the role of Immediate Past President at NACVSO and served as Executive Director at the Hancock County Veterans Service Office. Nichole's educational background includes an associate's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Ohio Christian University and a recent achievement from The Ohio State University in 2021.
