Gürcan Keserci

Gürcan Keserci is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems monitoring and operations management. Currently serving as the IT Systems Monitoring & Intervention Operations Manager at Türk Telekom since March 2015, Gürcan has been instrumental in overseeing IT operations, coordinating problem resolution, and managing relationships across various IT groups including Service Management, Network, and Security. Previously, Gürcan held the role of IT Process & Improvement Management Specialist at AVEA from April 2009 to January 2014 and spent time as an IT Operation Specialist at Thomson Reuters. Gürcan holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Bahcesehir University and has earlier educational qualifications from Akdeniz University and Şişli Anadolu Teknik Lisesi.
